Will an ls throttle body fit on an A6 intake manifold or will I need the y8 or z6???
Help a fellow civic owner out.I can get a deal on a y8 if thats what I need cause right now I got an a6.Thanks
it will fit on the a6. a b series tb will fit on most d series intake manifolds. just need to bore out the manifold so its the same size as the tb or else you just wasted time for nothing.
Yes they are different, I thought they were the same but there was a thread about this a week or so ago. The MAP is different too, non-OBD0 manis have it on the throttle body, OBD0 on the firewall.

Doesn't matter, you can use either map sensor, it'll work fine.

92-00 Motors (D/B/H) All share the same mounting flange for TB. Before I get yelled at, 90-91 B TBs also share the same flange.

Is there anyway I can bore out a couple of the mounting holes?? I would imagine as long as it's pulled tight to the manifold it wouldn't really matter, anybody done this????
