Replacing headlight bulbs, anything else I need?

Ok, so I was considering getting some PIAA Xtreme White Pluses and I was just wondering if there was anything I need to get with those to keep them working properly. I'm sure there is something because they are such powerful bulbs, but I'm not really sure what I need. Any help is appreciated.

They really aren't "such powerful" bulbs, and you'll be fine just swapping them with your stock ones. However, if you're looking for improved lighting performance, you might want to look into something like the Sylvania XtraVision's (which also happen to be significantly less expensive).
