94-01 DC2 Integra suspensions shocks & springs?
alrite my problems is that when I took off my old tokico's blues shocks with the eibach sportlines springs. I realized that I'm missing those small rubber piece thingy that goes in the middle of the shocks. will that effect me by making tons of noise or I don't need them at all. I just wanted to make sure and do it right. thanks
You need the bumpstops, without them you can bottom out your shocks and damage them. They are pretty cheap (between $5-10 each from most parts departments, or you can try to find some at a junkyard).
thanks man I know that they are there for some reason and I didn't know that they are that important.I might try to go to Acura and ask them if they have some for sale? I wonder whats the part number for that small rubber piece?
You can get them from any honda or acura for the most part, I ended up getting mine from a 92-95 Civic because they were cheaper. Doesn't really matter much, they are all roughly the same length and fit over the same type of shock piston.
I got mine from slhondaparts.com, you can also search for the part # on http://www.acuraparts247.com
