do all exedy clutches make that "rattling" sound like the OS clutches? or is it just some of them..if so, which ones? thanks

 

What rattling sound? Be more specific. I have an Exedy Organic and I don't hear any "rattling."

 

its not a bad rattling sound, its suppose to have that sound. so then i guess its not all the exedys. its either when the clutch is pushed in or not pushed in, its makes this "rattling" or "chattering" sound cuz its an open faced clutch or soemthing like that.

 

Mine's fairly quiet, as quiet as my OEM clutch was. All clutches "rattle" a bit. When it's a noticable rattle, like loud, it's more likely a transmission problem.

 

naw man..these clutches are suppose to have a "rattling" sound. its NOT a bad thing. they do that cuz its an open faced clutch. i know the OS Giken clutches do taht and some Exedys but im not sure which Exedys do.

 

The OS clutches make that "clang" sound because of the sintered metal disk
