How can u tell the difference between a b18c5 head and a b16a head???

How can u tell the difference between a b18c5 head and a b16a head???
Just bought a b18c5 head and was wondering if there are any marks on the b18c5 to tell the differnce from a b16a.
I also have a b16a head also and they look almost identiacal.
Please help anyone!!

ITR head has a green paint on the distributor side cam housing pedestal.

Intake valves are narrower

itr heads also have had the casting flash removed from the factory. dual valve springs on the exhaust. if the intake manifold is off feel inside the ports near the valves, it should be smooth there with no raised lip. and uhhh red valve cover?
