Since he wasn't any help...

I would say all bearings, maybe head bolts, rod bolts (these things tend to stretch, but you can have them checked to see if they are still within spec) Maybe valves/valve job depending on condition. Piston rings, hone/bore on the block, and depending maybe new pistons. Basically it really depends on budget, and condition after those miles. Another thing I would definitely do is valve seals. HTH

Yea what he said. And if you haven't already changed them a new water pump, oil pump, hoses and cap & rotor.

Good advice above. With that kind of mileage, I'd also consider cleaning your injectors, timing belt and tensioner, rear seal, all the gaskets in the head kit.

Budget is key here. Do you want an OEM build or something a little more hardcore?

When my motor takes a p00p on me I will be doing the following: Benson 85mm sleeves, balanced/machined crank, Eagle rods, ARP rod bolts, CP 12:1 pistons, metal HG, P&P head, Supertech valves(stock size) and valve train, undecided cams, 310 inj. and all the supporting parts like bearings, valve guides, oil and water pump, gaskets, seals, etc.

Better refinance my house now

Do something similar to what white rocket said! Are you doing most of the work yourself? When I got my engine rebuilt I figured I'd upgrade some things since I was already paying to get it rebuilt, might as well make it better!

Only thing I'd replace mine with IF I had the money would be the new Skyline GTR
