Default I need help with a custom radiator and parachute pull cord....

So i have two completely different questions today. I want to put the radiator for my car where the stock intercooler goes on my wrx. The turbo is up front and the car will never really be driven too long so Id like to keep it small, but still have one. Where can i get a custom core. I have also seen people use 1.25 thick intercooler cores for radiators. Can I do that. Im not caught up on radiator tech so if anyone knows, please enlighten me on my options. The car will only be one for about 10 min at a time max.

The second question is where do you guys that have drag cars put your parachute pull handles. I was thinking of putting on the upper halo bar on my cage. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks,

Nick

Are you fabbing the radiator yourself? You might want to call C&R or Ron Davis (and others), they can usually do a custom radiator pretty easy. That setup is pretty sweet. Did you just flip the manifold around to make the TB point foward?

Yeah i was going to make some end tanks and weld it up. I called ron davis and they would not sell to me in a single quantity.

Could you just use your stock WRX intercooler and modify the end tanks for rad hoses? You'd have to ad a filler neck but that could be inline if needed.

Griffin Radiators will also do one-off custom work.
