Ask Garret, My pics have made front page of the school paper 2 times out of 3 times I've shot for the paper so far...

Hold on let me see what I can find, my hard drive took a dump a while ago and I lost my shots, think I'm calling BS?
Search my question about the PC thing on H-T. It should be in early Feb/Late Jan.

 

Jay is a very good photographer and yes he's photos are used in the school paper, he just shot these quickly during class. And i think he's a sophomore? i think in high school. I'm willing to bet he's alot better than any of you were at his age

Age cut sucks DEC 2 owns me.. , so technically young junior lol..

Lol, age cut almost made me a junior

 

if you took the water pic....thas pretty nice. but the car pics don't seem all that great, they seem blurry and not crisp. lighting doesn't look that great...but the car is clean.

 

Water pic looks horrible.

The shutter speed is off and there is nothing artistic about it.

Whats so hard about making a high school newspaper?

exactly last time i checked there wasnt anything so great about being on a high school newspaper ?!?!?

My pics are on a website and i dont make a big fuss about it or claim it makes me a bad *** photographer

macro shots are PLAYED out. really tho, kind of boring pics, especially for such a nice camera! .....waiting to see more of your work....

I don't consider a D1x nice lol..
2nd ...I GOT SOLE:If you're so pro why are 90% of your shots over exposed.
Also check your pictures as the bumper's are to close or uncentered to your crops.

And to the sticker cutter:
If you are going to criticize me for a slow shutter speed, considering I took that with a 70-300 Sigma lens on a EOS 300d, why not look at your very own NSX photos: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1375608 .As look in that nice winshield glare, underexposed-ness in the lackness of light in the garage..

Sorry for those that think I'm a bit obnoxious, however I stated in the first post, these were candid....
If you guys want a real shoot make Garett bring his car over to my house or wait till 2nd week of April
