Default Rear suspension troubles (LCA BOLT!)

OK, so I broke the stupid LCA bolt that pretty much everyone has trouble with. And I've been driving with it like that for a week now, so far no problems.

I finally got all my parts and am prepared to replace the LCA and rear shocks. I was planning to just remove the shock/lca in one combination. But then I see that the ABS line is in between the shock and LCA.

How would I go about taking out the ABS line from there? I've done a lot of research and some say its safe to cut, and some not safe. Is it better to just cut the shocks? How long would it take?

if you just take out the 2 or 3( I cant remember) bolts holding the line to the stock lca, you will just be able to drop it and put in your new one, why do you need to disconnect it?

I would just cut the shocks near the bottom, where they mount to the lca's. The shop that did my suspension install had to cut the rear shocks as well.

As for lengh, it depends on what you have to cut them.
