Whats the best way to move exhaust tip down to fit body kit?
I have a 1991 CRXsi with aftermarket exhaust, and I am installing the Wings WEst RS rear bumper. I know my 3.5" tip will not clear the bumper...it will have to be moved down.
Should I cut off the pipe that comes off the muffler and have a new bent pipe welded on then install the tip?
Could I go ghetto and heat the pipe with a blowtorch and bend it down, then weld the tip on?
I don't want to drop the whole muffler down because of clearance issues. It has to be the pipe coming of it only...
Thanks guys!

If you try to bend it down, it will come out from under the bumper pointing down, which really looks dumb IMHO. I would suggest getting a new pipe bent so that it comes out underneath the new bumper cover.
