Default over heating problems

ok well heres whats going on. i have a chipped ecu with a 9000 rev limit on it with a stock ls head.me being stupid i had gotten to drunk to drive one night so my girl drove misshifted from 4 to 5 and put it into 3rd gear at like 85mph. now it is almost over heating, hasnt yet but close. it runs good still i dont know if the block got cracked or if the head is now warped...any one have any ideas on what it could be or if im already right about it?

thanks any info would help me out tons.

sounds like your cam timing could be off. When she downshifted your timing belt could have jumped a tooth, causing the wierd overheating problem. It may not be that though, im not sure if a messed up valve or valvespring would cause it to overheat...

drain your radiator out and if it is a milky brown color then your block is probably cracked

is the car spitting out any smoke?

well the fans are not kicking on and its not kicking out smoke or the oil does not look like shitty milk its all sounding and running normal so it may just be the fans im working on it as of right now. the relay may have gone some how im not sure..but i am finding out. oh and the block isnt cracked...at least that i know of i dont see any

have you driven it on the freway? it should at a regualar temperature then if it is only the fans
