its probably the alternator.. but im fed up with getting stuck places. im about to sell this **** and buy a 240sx.

 

your bad alternator killed your battery, so both are dead, some of the answers people gave you about fuses and such are just

 

don't be so upset with the car. if it is the alternator it's a common replacement part. when is the last time you changed it?

if you haven't changed it since you've owned the car the owner before you probably didn't either. easily replaced.

i had the same symptoms as you and it was my battery terminals. exactly as you described.

but to me it sounds like your alternator is definitely out. once you put a new battery in, it will kill it very soon.

and yes, while the car is at idle, if you pull the negative battery terminal and the car dies. it's a tell-tale sign of needing a new alternator. if the car doesn't die, you probably have another problem.

remember, your car is still a 94. it requires more maintenance then say a 97-up prelude.
