Crank Pulley Removal - Special Tool?
Quick general question about getting the crank pulley off. I have a '92 Integra LS DOHC.
I'm in the middle of changing the timing belt, only thing is CAN NOT get the crank pulley nut off!! I have an impact gun that is running at about 180lbs and it can't quite break it loose. In the pulley there is hexagon cut out around the the nut. It's got to be some kind of Acura factory tool to stick in there to hold the pulley from moving so you can get the nut off. The hexagon measures 2" flat-to-flat.
My question is, does anyone know if a tool like exists (what is it called?), and if so, where can I get one? Acura Dealership only?
Thanks Everyone!

I just did my timing belt, tensionor, and water pump. I took my car to a local garage and had them loosen the crank pulley bolt and then retighten it. When I got home, I used my two breaker bars and the $25 tool bought from Amizon.com and it was a breeze to remove the crank pulley bolt. The water pump itself was harder to remove than the crank pulley. Good luck.
