Default to cold or hot of plug for my car

ok check this out i rebuild my motor,i put new plug in my car i just got tune in dec29 i race my car in jan08 for one day and sicnce that day my car hasnt been move (not a daily drive) i wash the ebay and i start the car, the motor sounded good and strong. turn it off and started it again an hour later and it sart miss really bad so i pull the plug off and their all black. can anyone tell me what could have cause them to fouled up like. motor is 2.0Ls-vtec 11.6 compression i am using ngk bkr6e (type r) the motor dyno ok with these it made 247 on a dyno pack or am i going to have change my plug after every event i race at?? thanks guys

Might want to switch to a BKR7E. One heat range cooler than stock ITR plugs. Plugs could look like that because the car sat for so long without being started. Best to check the plugs after the car has been warmed up and driven a bit.

i know but dosent it get fouled up because its a cold plug

I don't think its plug related. Its looks like you are way too rich at low rpm. You said you started it--you didn't rev it, you just let it idle? You are already using a relatively hot plug--a step colder wouldn't help the plug fouling situation, but an NGK 6 is kind of warm for a performance motor....

thanks i just bought type r one motor run fine and i found out the i mess up the firing order hhhhhhoooooowwww ******* smart that is thanks guys
