What Compression Ratio do you all recommend for a daily driven B16a2 with
BC3+ Cams
RLZ "Street" Head With Omni Valves and Valvetrain
RMF Narrow Header
Blox Intake Manifold
68mm Pro Products Throttle Body
These are my Basic Parts, I have a B16a2 Block with ~ 40k and and trying to decide if I'm Going to need or want more compression. Compression in all 4 cyls was ~200 cold before tear down.
Another question is how Necessary is the ARP bolt upgrade to B16a motors? I plan on defiantly upgrading the bolts if I swap pistons but if their not necessary it will save me form tearing the engine down.
With a Low mileage motor should I overbore? P30 or P73 JDM?
This car IS A DAILY DRIVER and needs to be reliable.
Any helpful advise is appreciated.
