you have to take the whole door skin off. I went to a place and had them drop in the speakers for 30 dollars.. I couldn't get my damn door skin off.

before screws carefully pull out where the window/lock controls are and unplug the wiring to these controls:
4 screws-
1 behind door release handle
2 inside the pocket door handle
3 front at the top
4 back at the bottom
-reach underneath and give it a good tug...should start to release. Get all the plastic fasteners popped loose and then lift up and out (easier if you remove the trim piece where the mirror attaches....again good tug)

S has the wiring and everything, but I believe you could only get the tweeters in an S by upgrading to the premium factory package. Also, no one's mentioned the optional VTEC 6x9 in the middle
