Default cluster ?'s

I have a dx hatch, I bought an si cluster, put it in my car, and it didn't work. I figured that for tha tack I would have to run some wires, but everything else sould work???? shouldn't it???? The only thing that works proper is the speedo, and the r/turn signal flasher in the cluster. Fuel guage doesnt work. Temp guage works about 1/2 till I turn on my L/turn signal. The green arrow doesn't flash you can hear the click sound, and the temp guage junmps all the way up. Like I said everything sould work other then the tack??? Thhe funny thing is that the tack works sometimes mainly from the 2k rpm range, and up. Did I get ripped off or is their more wires to hook up. Should I just pilled a hundred dollar bill out of my wallet and burnt it. I f-ing hate shifty, shady, shiesta mother f-kers.

sounds like you aren't pluggin them in all the way. As long as the dash are both cable it should work. Was your dash working before you tried the swap?

Everything was in working order before I changed the cluster, but on the back of the new cluster it had a 3rd plug on it. I figured that that was for the tack. When I pluged the two plugs in I pushed till I herd a click, and the same when I plugged in the speedo.

you dont have to add any extra wires for the si cluster, as long as its from a civic/crx it'll work.
