Cluster and Turn signals dont work
Hey sry if I put this in wrong area
I have a 94 civic DX
recently I put new bulbs in the back -turn signal, brake,backup
and all was good. Then all the sudden I was driving and my cluster just shut off. The MPH on my cluster has never worked but my rpm, fuel and temp worked fine. The turn signals dont work when using the combination switch but they work just fine when using hazards, The brake and backup work fine as well. The fuse is fine, the relay is good, I dont think it could b the combination switch cause it works adjusting headlights but not turn signals. I dont know **** bout electrical what could b the problem. And please dont call me a newbie or any other hate bullshit cause after all I cam to this site looking to learn

welll. sounds like you were flamed on somewhere so your all defensive. relax 
i have a 94 dx also. in the 94s especialy the clusters would go bad.
i got a 95 si cluster and put that in (i now have a tac too).
try replacing the cluster.
there is a sticky at the top on how to take it out, check the wires to see if any came out. if it looks ok try another cluster ($12 at a junk yard)

sounds like a blown fuse.... check your fuses. dont go by a voltmeter cuz they can give you false positives... physically pull it out and inspect
ive never had a 94 but i had several other eg's. ive never had a cluster fully shut down like that and not be a fuse. ive had parts of the cluster go bad and need to replace parts of it but never the whole unit like that
