What's the difference between a internal & external distributors? I have a 94 coupe w/ a d15, I was browsing on ebay for my whip @ stumbled on the external distributor from MSD, will this do anything for my stock engine (ie. gas mileage, or electrical power source). Not doing anything to this engine, I'm saving for a LS/VTEC swap, but just wanted to see if this is a practical buy or worthless.
