No Brake pressure . . . .
Help me here guys. I changed back to stock brake lines over the weekend and now after we bled the brakes we have no pressure. Sometimes we will get pressure with the car off and as soon as we turn it on the pedal goes to the floor.
I changed the master cylinder and that wasn't it.
I can hear an air noise (or so I think) of some sort in the ABS pump when I push the pedal hard while bleeding.
We have bled the system well over 5 times so if it is air in the system it is trapped air and I am at a loss.
This one has me stupmed.

Trey, I feel your pain, man...
The master cylinder would have been my first guess, too. Did you get a rebuilt one or one that's a brand new part (i.e., expensive!)? I got very mixed opinions from folks about which one to get. I ended up spending the $$$ for the new part...
In a healthy brake system, air should not stayed trapped in the system -- all the air should come out after bleeding. It sounds to me like (1) you've got a leak at one of the brake line connections -- either at the body/hard line or caliper (do you see any fluid leaking there?); (2) the new M/C is bad; or (3) the booster might be bad -- given that you sometimes get a hard pedal when the car is off.
Sorry to hear this and good luck with the fix. Wish I were there to help 'cause I owe you...

Cleaned all Calipers and lines with Simple green and checked 24 hours later. no leaks and lines have no air in them when bled.
