Default Black Radio door vs. Silver Radio door...

I have a MY2000 and I have a silver Radio door.... I am not sure I like it... anyone have a pic of the stock black one that came with the car?

Comments on the "look" of either of them would be appreciated...

i have a black door on my 2002...it's 1 am here so i'll take a pic for you tomorrow, i like it people tend to be dumb and can't find the radio...so in my eyes that probably deters people from wanting to break in to the car for the radio...just a thought though...

WhatEver Floats Your Boat. ^^^ S2000s don't need tire rotations, poor guy fell for it.

The 06+ have a black aluminum door. I might have to get my hands on one of those.

P Nut I see lots of dust build up!!!!!

I have the black radio door in my GPW 00'. It all depends on car/interior color imo.

Yeah, yeah. Remodeling the house, so I seem to track dust everywhere.

It's not aluminum. It's cheap shiny ricer plastic. I actually ordered an 03 door and will swap it out when I replace my HU. The black looks 100x better IMO and goes flush with the rest of the interior.

Default Re: Black Radio door vs. Silver Radio door... (brg2nr)

i have both 04 radio door (silver) and ap1 00-03 black. i personally favor the solid black ones as they flow better with the rest of the interior IMO. You can easily sell the silver door for about $40-45 (excellent condition) and get the oem black one for about $15-20.

s2ki.com/forums -> for sale.
