tire wear/alignment
i searched for this and cant really find the answer im looking for. my alignment is off and when i let go of the wheel, it pulls to the left kind of hard. my tires do not look off camber, but the left, front and rear, are wearing very quickly on the inside of the tire, and are now down to the threads, the right sides are perfect. i want to get new tires but i dont want the same thing to happen with them. if i get an alignment, do you think i would be ok, or do i need a camber kit as well?
thanks for all the help

Most likely the toe is off. Your left front tire is most likely toe'd out quite a bit, which will make the inside of the tire wear really bad, and also cause it to pull to the left like you described.
Just have it aligned and you'll be good. Don't mess with any camber kits.

thanks for the fast answer, yes i got a deal on some wheels and tires, but didnt want to buy them and then need a camber kit too. stuff is so expensive......
most of them can, i had my alignment done recently at a privately owned car and truck shop for about $70 (4 wheel alignment).
just make sure if you do have new wheels/tires that you get the alignment done after theyve been installed. camber kits arent necessary.

i would wait, especially if there are any size or offset changes between the new wheels and your current ones. the tires also might not be 100% the same (tire companies differ slightly on the 'same' size, just like jeans). if everything is pretty much the same as your current setup then yea, it could be done beforehand with minimal effect on the alignment.
