jump the clutch (ac clutch) directly to the battery and see if it clicks on (car can be off), if not, the AC compressor clutch can be bad

i looked in the fuse boxes and didn't see any thing for the compressor, but i look for relays. is it the one that's mounted on the radiator support?

Okay I changed out both of those relays and still off. There’s no fuse, relay or anything that says a/c compressor. My girlfriend also has a 95 civic ex and I unplugged her compressor and the a/c green light button still comes on. I also unplugged both relays and it still comes on, on hers. Then I tried plugging her compressor in on mine...nothing. So bottom line the green light on my climate control is off but the others light are on, but my a/c does not kick on. And I am %100 there Freon in it.

Does the rest of your climate control work okay? I would run through all fuses to check. You might also want to take a look at a Helms manual for your car. Check the wiring diagrams for the AC. Are you sure the light just isn't out...? Stupid question I know, but it doesn't hurt to check.

I wouldn’t be that mad if was just my light that didn’t work, but the a/c doesn’t kick on, I just had it service with new Freon because of a hose leak...spent $60 bucks on that....but 1day 1/2 later boom nothing. If I take it back to them bam $40 bucks to look at it and $70 per hour. Im installing my turbo kit this Saturday and I would like to retain my a/c and fix it my self.

1. did you jump the clutch?
2. also try jumping the low pressure switch on the compressor. if they overfilled it they may have damaged the switch. (paperclip into the plug)
3. if you can't find the correct fuse then check them all, engine bay and interior...

Make sure the relay itself is getting power.

Not to belittle or anything but you did jump the plug end and not the actual pressure switch??

If all else is checking out, there's no loose wires/blown fuses/sensors etc. then I'd have to point at the switch itself.... pretty damn rare though...

Either that or, is the fan on inside (light won't come on unless fan is on...)

you know what, to tell you the truth i'm not the one who checked to see if its getting power, it was my dumbass friend, the same friend using radiator hose to connect his bov to his charge pipe and speaker wire to wire vtec, injectors using nothing but scotch tape to cover them, and a pair of locking pliers to hold his throttle cable. And buys a ssautocrome kit.....what a hack!!! so I think I might have to check it myself...
