I have this idea that whether you not you need to pass smog, you have to worry about emissions, so I would suggest not spewing **** out your tail pipe you wouldn't mind breathing, eating, and drinking.

What are you talking about?

The only thing that I can see that would make any kind of gains is getting rid of your cat in favor of a test pipe. Most of the other emissions equipment is actually there for a reason.

I really don't know why people turn their daily-drivers into pieces of **** for 3 horsepower. If you really want a fast car, go boost.

emissions are in the 4th stroke of ur engine, every car has emissions (even hybrids), you can lower emissions with things such as charcoal canisters and cats, there's no way to eliminate emissions though, you'd need to eliminate the 4th stroke, which would mean teh 3rd stroke never happend, which would mean the car isn't running....

PS: If you do find a way to completely eliminate emissions, call ur nearest car manufacturer IMMEDIATELY...I promise u'll be a mutli-trillionaire and never have to work another hour in ur life...

I think what he is trying to say is that he wants to know which emission control device he can remove to gain power...

Well there aren't any that you can remove to gain power, accept power, and unless your motor is built or you are boosting you will prolly gain like 2hp from it.

You can remove all the **** that you want, won't help you a tad bit.
