Im going to be heading down to Jax beach on April 7th/8th and then to the BOTI race in Orlando on the 9th. I was wondering if anyone wanted to get together the night of the 7th or 8th so i can get out around the city. I used to live in Jax Beach and havent been there in 16 years, so im going to be a bit lost...

well the goal is to go down on the 7th. I plan on being in Jacksonville all day on the 8th. And at the BOTI even all day on the 9th. Unfortunately, i have to be a witness that monday, so i have to rush to get back on the road after the race.

Where exactly do you live Dave? Im thinking of going out that saturday night anywhere. It'd be cool to see some place else's scene too.

 

I'm in Jacksonville, but prolly won't be able to meet up or anything. Weekends is usually when I do so called "studying" for school... If you haven't been here in 16yrs, get ready for a shock. On your way down to Jax. Beach going down JTB you'll see a lot of road construction and a new out door "premium" mall. Good place to spot a Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche GT or my favorite a Mercedes SLR McLaren parked outside the Cheesecake Factory. Hit up Southside Blvd. for some of the new shops they added there too. Only thing you'll see different about Jax. Beach prolly is there's a lot more condos everywhere. Hit me up on PM tho anyways! If you get lost or something you could call me

Me and Dave are talking about maybe doing something that Friday night (7th) or Saturday night (8th) I'm sure you can spare a couple hours.

and Im sure all of it will seem new. Im only 21 and leaft there after 2nd grade. haha, just going to go around for ***** and giggles. Actually just recently found my old best friend on MySpace so we are trying to meet up too.

 

Whoa since 2nd grade?!? I thought it was a lot later in your life . One thing you may miss is the Hooters down in Jax. Beach I would've def came out to meet you all there , presuming my GF would let me . I heard lease in that plaza it was in went way up so they along with a few others packed up. Shame too, I think that was the best Hooters in Jax.

I'll see if I can get my car out, the MR and his PY all together. I have a friendly bet with someone that my car will go 13.8 or faster.

I personally don't have a problem with it, if an event was setup and organized. But what you don't realize is the fact that where I'm at is central to EVERYONE in FL, not just me. I could care less if it's in Panama City. I'd go, but you probably woulnd't even got to a meet in the Keys, let alone up this way...

 

If it is a big turnout you guys are going to have in orlando I might drive up. I can crash at my brothers place. At least neo comes out to play sometime. Still havent met lifter. He is always hiding.
