I have a '95 EX. When I start it up and it's cold, It idles high, all the way up to 3,000 rpms. It eventually comes down when it finally warms up. When it's warm, every once in a while it'll have a surging idle. Is anyone thinking idle speed controller? Let me know what you guys know.

My 95 dx does that when its cold, too only its around 2k... and when its warm every once in a while itll bounce up a few hundred.. ikd why it is, its just always been that way for me..... sorry i couldnt help ya any
