Default exhaust help

hey i have a 93 ex with a b18b1 in it and just this week i decided to run straight pipe all the way to the back. its N/A and the piping is 2.25 in. i have heard that because of lack of back pressure this can damage your motor. is it true? and it drives diferently, but i cant tell where the power gain is or maybe if i lost some? thanks for the help.

i'm pretty sure that it won't hurt your engine, you'll just miss out on some low end torque but probly gain some top end.

Don't buy in to that backpressure shyte....

The better your exhaust flows, the better your performance, period.. You don't need to worry about backpressure unless you got a rotory engine, ok?!
