Default B16 swap into EG hatch

I found a 2nd gen B16. What would I need to do to run the obd2 ecu or what do I need to do to stay it obd1 in my 92 hatch? Secondly the motor was raced one time and the motor shut off due to possibly over reving. Something with the valves maybe. The guy wants a couple hundred for the motor, harness, and obd2 ecu. Is it worth it?
Any information is welcome.

Probably bent valves among some other damage to the head. You can buy a P30 ECU to stay OBD1. For $200, I'd pick it up.
