Wuts up. What are some decent brake pads. I saw a few good brands, but sometimes that doesnt mean anything. I just wanna hear your input. And how much you paid Thanks
It depends on what your doing with your car. street, autocross, track events, etc.
Axxis Ultimates are good. I believe they're semi metallic's. They usually run around $60. Hawk pads are some good pads also.

axxis ultimates are not semi-metallic. axxis makes pads that are called semi-mettalic but the ultimates are ceramic. i have the ultimates on my car and stopping distance has improved greatly. but we need to know what you're planning on doing so we can recommend something for you
to be honest, i have some semi-metallic valucraft pads. paid 15 bucks and it stops very well. my friend has AEMs and i don't notice a difference between my braking and his. btw my perspective is from dd and canyon driving. they probably don't make these anymore, but as soon as these are gone, i'll have to settle for something else. the point is, sm pads are sm pads.
i use PBR Metal Masters and they are great!
but i just put Duralast Gold brake pads on my sisters Impala, and damn!!!! that thing stops AWESOME NOW.... lol..

Axxis Ultimates are only marginally better than stock brake pads, IMO. I would never put them anywhere but on the back of the car.
Hawk HP+ are great if you need a street/track pad.
