Default omni coilover help plz!!!!!

ok. i have installed a set of Omni power coilovers on my 98 accord lx4dr and after i was done i made sure all hardware was properly tightened. I set the car on the ground and preloaded the springs. All collars have been locked/tightened (3 of them 2 top one on bottom). i took it for a test drive and it seems that for every bump in the road i hit (mostly manhole covers which is like a really small pothole) i hear this clunking sound like something is loose. The right side does this worse than the left. over smoother bumps, like gaps in bridges and so on it seems fine. Also when i come to a complete stop the weight seems to shift foward like normal then back but then foward again almost like a boat or something. any suggestions and help is appreaciated thnx in advace.

I just had simular problem with my Buddy Clubs, and heres what worked for me.

Tighten the nut on the top of teh coilovers
You've already tightened the collars, but hand tight or did you try a rubber mallet to get them alittle tighter

And what finally got rid of the clunk on my BC...Add more spring preload. It took about 1" of spring preload to rid the car of clunks on small bumps. Now my coilovers are as quiet as they will ever be since pillow-ball mounts make noise, but the clunk was gone as soon as I added even more spring preload

Hope it helps.
