my insurance with the type-R is going to be too expensive, and i wont be able to afford it. anyways, do you guys have any other suggestions on cars 4 me to get? im thinking GS-R.. what do u think? thanks guys!

PS: i want a car that performs pretty well stock and i can slowly mod to be faster. therefore, no buying a 93 civic and throwing a B18 in it.

 

subaru Impreza 2.5RS. test drove one a few days ago, had a blast. AWD is killer. definately doesnt have the power of an ITR, but its still very very fun. decent amount of aftermarket for it as well.

Did you not read the original post? If he can't afford to pay for insurance on the R why would he get one...

 

get a G2 GSR then turbo it later..... lowest CR for DOHC VTEC motor

i've seen one that runs mid 12s with just turbo kit (9lbs) on slicks... and still corners

i think it's between a GS-R and a prelude. which would be cheaper on insurance?

 

buy the Prelude...the GS-R will be more of a theft target, but on the other hand it does have more tunability and aftermarket potential.

 

i think im leaning more towards a prelude. GS-R's will just make me want a type-R even more. im still pissed i didnt get the R!!!!!!! i got an amazing deal too. if i tell u guys what i was gonna get the R for u guys will tear me apart. i was so close..
