I know it's illegal.. I don't really care.. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone in PA, yet, that will sign off an inspection for me. My car passes inspection as far as safety goes (except horn) and the car has 0 problems. It was actually inspected in MD about 4 months ago and passed with flying colors. I'm willing to pay cash for an inspection sign off... thanks!
