i havent driven my car in a long time and when i start it now when its warming up and sometimes when it idddles out it starts surging. My guess is the iddle air control is dirty but im not sure. Please let me know if you have ever ran into this problem. When it warms up the iddle seems to level out. I have a 98 usdm gsr motor in a 96 civic

chech your coolant level, and look for vac leaks..

 

also clean out your iacv

 

fixed it the fit valve was loose
