This is my friends car 06 civic SI with bolt-ons, it's got DC-sports header, DC-Sports catback exhaust, AEM cold air intake and tein lowering springs..

i meant stock motor..

yeah it is if its not then my tc is modded to hell and back nice numbers now take it to a 1/4 mile track and let me know how it does

Thats about 15whp from i/h/e. That's not bad.

I dont mean to get off topic here, but I wouldnt call an almost fully bolted car basically stock. You might be able to get away with saying that if it just had an intake though.

 

wonder how much faster does it run?

 

that vtec engagement looks awesome. 125 to 175 instantly.

We went to the track and it was close we will be going this tues so check back for update's.......

 

What was your base run ? Do you have a graph to compare before and after ?

 

sorry no base run we never ran the car stock, but other people on here were putting down like 183 stock so I guess it should be about the same

 

Is this the Race header or stock header?

 

I know its the DC sport 4-1 header, not the stock si header......

yes it is. he didn't say stock, he said "basically stock"



Now get some engine management and post some updated #'s. you will prob be more surprised. kpro added about 20whp to my buddies type s with i/h/e.

With the DC race header...

Is the "check engine" light on?

That's the only thing I am concerned with. I don't want to see that awful thing on all the time.

no check engine light both O2 sensors are still hook up...

can someone explain what happened at 7400 rpm? The torque went off the charts, and the hp disappeared.
