Difference in SOHC tranny's?
I'm looking for a new d series transmission.
I think the differential went out in my old one, so I running a DX trans right now (68 in 2nd!!! wooo vtec!! :-p)
I havnt looked at getting the old one repaired yet. I assume it would cost more than getting anther trans.
I was wondering what are the differences in transmissions? I had a Y4G stamp, am pretty sure thats the Si stamp.
Ive seen S20 stamps too. Is that the EX?
What is the stamp on the Y8 tranny? Im sure they are prefferered because of the stronger shift fork (or what ever its called)
What is the d15b stamp? LSD would be nice. Ive tried searching, but I couldn't find Mista BOnes sohc trans page. That was some awesome info.

ex trans go for 150.
Ive got a Si motor with DX trans. It's quick, but the Si trans would be much better suited. I kinda with I had more than 2 gears to go completly through before I hit 60.
