Default A few simple questions.

I have a few small questions:

1. The bulb for the 2002 accord v6 sedan is 9006/high 9005/low, correct? I am getting some silverstars( if you have them could you tell me how well they work)

2. I plan on getting a magnaflow cat-back system for my v6 accord, has anyone heard one on this car before and can tell me how it sounds or show me sound clips online?

3. I have a small chip, has anyone heard/ had any experience with Langka?

Thanks for your help in advance! I am starting what I hope to be a pretty clean car with a little get go.

don't waste your time with the chip, all it does is screw up your A/F ratio. I'd get some headers before I change to a cat back exhaust. Most exhausts will result in a loss of low end torque on this particular engine.

Bulbs are as you state

Haha.. I mean chip in the paint, not in the engine (lol). Sorry if I didnt clarify that. Will silverstars melt the harness/ housing becuase they are too hot? Someone told me that today..

1. Close... 9006 for low, 9005 for high. Silverstars work okay... I personally don't think they're worth the money though.

2. http://www.v6performance.net used to have some sound clips/videos, but none of the links work anymore. It's a fairly quiet system... although some people have complained of a slight drone while cruising on the highway.

3. Never heard of Langka.

1) get the cool blue bulbs instead of the silverstars, theyre still dot legal, look EXACTLY the same, and are half the price, also it isnt really necessary to get the high beams too, how often do you use them...stick with stock for high beams

2) before you start upgrading anything like exhaust/headers, seriously think about what you plan on doing to your car, honda auto trannies arent the best built, plus the long auto gear ratios will prevent you from seeing a lot from performance upgrades short of a turbo, u may want to think about selling the auto and buying a manual, then upgrading, as for exhausts, it would be cheaper and better quality if you get the piping from someone like http://www.kteller.com and universal magniflow muffler and have a muffler shop put it on, it will be better quality, prolly sound better, and sav you a few bucks

Honda did not make any 98-02 Accord V6's with a manual tranny.

Oh ok cool. What is all the piping I will need to order OTHER than the mufflers? Also will I see worse/better performance IF ANY from this? I dont mind no performance enhancing, but I would rather not lose any.

BTW thx for all the help so far guys.
