Default OEM Style fogs for a s2000?

I have been a long time eg owner and I had a set of the OEM for lights that fit in the little vent thingies in the bumper. I have been looking EVERYWHERE and I cant seem to find any for a s2k. Does anyone know of any companies that offer them? Or has anyone seen any that might have been custom made? I just think sombody has to make them because a set of those with yellow bulbs would look uber hot I.M.O. with the factory hid's. Ive always likes the way hid's and yellow bulbs go together on a car. So if anyone could please help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

...i believe the honda odyssey fog lights will fit but not the yellow ones that your looking for you would probably have to change the bulb or tint them yellow...

even the odyssey ones do not fit right, there is a noticable gap when installed. I have seen someone fab up a cf piece to go in that area. He then installed some fog lights (off brand), it looked clean. I doubt the light output was worth it though

Rick Hesel of http://www.ricks2k.com did the first odyssey fog light install. I have seen it in person and you can tell from distance that it doesn't fit. I asked him about and he said he played around with it but the gap will always be there. He can't make it fit flush. From a far distance, you can't tell though. Small stuff like that annoy me but everyone is different

Good topic! I was wondering the same thing! I'm a previous eg and dc owner and factory fogs look great! I would be interested in putting fogs on my s2k as well!

I have some pics from an s2ki member putting EK foglights in the oem bumper. He sent me the whole step-by-step process with pics. Mostly a hax job but it looks clean as hell. I can post them later today.

that setup was nice, but i think they tended to point to the sides a little. he might have adjusted them better now though.

So we're talking the 99-00 EK front fogs fit the S2000 AP1 outside bumper grills. Do I have that right?

I would like a link to instructions as well, sounds easy enough but pics are worth a thousand words.

I installed the Oddysey driving lights following Rick's thread on S2KI. This is really a mod just for looks as the hids are far superior than the driving lights. I guess I could put yellow tint XPEL film to make them fog lights. They fit almost like foctory other than a small gap on the lower outer corners. Also they do not point directly forward. They point slightly outward which is actually an area not well illuminated by the stock lights.

EK/EM1 Fogs look reaaaal goood. It looks like you have to cut sooooo much though. I wouldn't mind it though.

My S2k's projectors cover a very wide area.

Since you said these fogs point outward, isn't that a hazard for oncoming traffic?

Most fog lights point slight outward. They cover the lower and side areas not lit up by headlights. That hows they are supposed to be, at least on most cars

They point slightly outward, but are no higher than the HIDs so they will not blind oncoming traffic.

Fog lights have a wide beam pattern. They're not suppose to point outward. The "hotspots" from a fog light beam pattern should be similar to the "hotspots" on driving lights.
