Default need some imput on my mini me build

the victim is a d15b8 yah i know my plans are to keep it n/a so i was planing to do the following: d15b8 block, d16z6 head, most likly stick wit d16z6 IM but might opt for the y8 IM, aftermarket header leading to stock cat and piping for the time being...now my quiestions is do i stick with my stock headgasket or go with a d16z6 one to compensate the diff in liter size or does it make a diff at all, and what can i do as for the internals go rods, pistons? what are swapable and what will work?
thanks again sorry if this topic has been coverd so many times
