considering selling my eg8, well not an eg8 but a four-door, currently have a B18B swap with a manual transmission, not sure if I should sell it as is or sell the motor separately and drop a z back in it. anyone know what I can expect to get for it? when I originally swapped it in I had every maintenance part replaced before dropping it in. new plugs, wires, cap/rotor, main seal, water pump, etc.. runs solid, idles smooth, very torquey low-end.

 

How many miles on the motor?

 

around 90k, i'd perform a compression test on it and valve adjustment for a buyer if they wanted, but it runs perfectly, tranny's also tip top

 

dude sell it with the car. thats the only way your going to get any money from it. you go seperate like that you will end up with less

 

I seen them go for $1000-1500. I am sure you could get at least $1300 for yours.
I think you should just sell the car with the engine.
