13in rims on a 99-00 si?

will a 13in rims fit a 99-00 si or is 14 the lowest you can put?

14 is the lowest, 13's don't clear the front calipers, trust me i've tried on my 99 si.

Why would you even bother to go backwards in wheel size?

I can understand a set of 14" on there because the tires would be cheaper and you can lower the car for less maybe thats his thinking for the 13" as well.

I keep my 14" rims because I can lower the car by going to a smaller tire and still have a sidewall and retain some ride comfort rather then going to a larger tire and smaller sidewall.
