But basically what I need is someone trustworthy to go and get my seats and drop them off at a DHL packaging center or even better, stick them in a box and send them out to me themselves, can anyone help me out with that? I can't offer a ton since I already paid him for shipping but i could offer, say, $20

wish i could help but 20 bucks doesnt justify trying to stick seats in my car driving them around. to a shipping place. so is he a scammer or just doesnt know how to ship seats out

Some people have been very kind in offering help, but others.. I just can't see why someone wouldnt want to help out a person in need. Guess thats just me though..

Got busy for the weekend, now back to it!

 

ok so here's a full update..

I called the number someone found for him, it turns out it was his mother who gave me a cellphone number but said that "she doesn't talk to him anymore, so goodluck". I thanked her and hung up.

I called the number, it was some lawyers office. So I called the mother back and explained what had happened she said that it was the only number that she could "pass on a message if she ever saw him again".

I explained that it was actually rather urgent as I felt backed in a corner after 2 months of waiting and felt that I had no recourse left but to call the police if she wouldn't be able to help. She said this: "You know what dude, I'll tell you this, you just struck the wrong cord with me. I don't know what this is all about, but I'm done talking to you."

So now I'm kind of fucked I'm going to my local police department tomorrow to file a claim, but can ANYONE offer me any assistance???. I can't believe that no fellow HT'ers would come help me out here..

umm seriously whos really gonna go to some strangers house and steal some seats for 20 bucks then pay for shipping etc,etc,etc. and whats the point of putting his adress online.. his mom herself says she doesnt see him.. lols... **** happens .. deal locally -_-

He said if someone came he'd give 'em to em, and really, if it were someone in my area I'd definitely try to help them
