this is what it showd up on my screen when I trying to connect my ECU with Pro V1.0.

 

Try pulling the harness out of the EMS to remove all power source from it. Then plug back in and see if it reconnects. I get that once in awhile, just cycling the power seems to do the trick for me. I had to reload the software once but that was due to a faulty laptop.

 

Is this the first time this has happened to you?
