Default Mini me help

i just swapped out my head with a d16z6, it is a remachined head new valves seals etc, it has a comp cam, skunk 2 intake manifold d16 fuel rail and injectors, d16 exhaust manif, brand new distributor from honda, everything is new and was put on correctly. my problem is that everytime i start it up the car wont start unless i give it full throttle. then it starts and idles but its very rough, it almost feels like a spark plug is loose but all spark plugs are new oem ngk plugs.
PLEASE HELP!!

I had a problem with my iacv on my mini me, ended up making a block plate for it, so when it starts up it idles really low like it wants to stall (just give it some gas til it warms up), but after it warms up it is fine...(did this because the idle would surge after it warmed up)....maybe the previous owner did this

Not sure if thats your problem, just just mini me info i thought may help.

I know after we did the mini me swap on our car, b7bottom with z6 head, it idled really rough for a while, than it just went away, i would say timing but you say its fine, still, try advancing the timing a bit, check the wires, not saying you did this but maybe the dizzy is on wrong, cant these be installed wrong and be off really bad? just trying to help
