i dont know how it works. maybe its like a bong for your pcv system. instead of a oil catch can, the vapors filter out through the water.

Why would you need a filter then?
The little breather filter?

This is a strange thing indeed...

from the name, i'd guess that it's like a fake nitrious purge. sprays water instead of nitrious?.. maybe its for spraying water on your intercooler.. or maybe it keeps water out of your engine if you got a CIA

Nitro gets water in the system after time if not used. You WATER purge the system so you know you have NOS ready when you hit it!

all it does is to spray water onto a intercooler, that means u have to have a turbo for it to work. The subie STI has it. It just further cools the air by having water absorb the heat. In this case, its just a rice item more than anything.

i dont think a cop is going to be all that pissed off because some harmless water dripped out of your car, and as for saying not allowing fluids coming out of the car look at your windshield washer sprayers...

so what do you do, hook a boost line up to the brass nipple and water is forced out the other end to spray over your intercooler?

i dont think its illegal for water to drip.. if i recall it was water and feathers that are legal to be flying around when driving.(not flying but u know what i mean). i forgot where i heard that. anything else i guess would be considered dangerous or hazardous or what not.

I got this 20 years ago... Tryin to du some ferder reserch right now.
IT is a tank filld with max 50% ethanol etc. And the rest water. The tube bringes this mixture to a intake directly on the air intake, before the manifold, and the compression from accellerating should suck the fluid into the engine creating bigger explosions that are cooled down faster because of the water.😉 Thats wat my manual says if i have translated it correktly......
