EF (88 - 91) are susceptible to rust. 92 - up are typically good to go. mileage is whatever you want it to be, because 150k to these civics is just break in period.

buttin in. but i just got a 93 civic from Arizona, NO RUST!! most places that rust is spare wheel bay, edges around the wheel(body), and the edges of the door. I would get a car from dry areas, arizona and new mexico. miles, i wouldn't go with over 200+,000 miles, cuz things start going out if u have a lot of accessories. what year r u lookin at?
