There is 1 small difference between the E-mange and the Ultimate but its definatly not worth the extra 200 bucks for the ultimate.

There's a TON of differences between the E-manage and the ultimate.... I have the ultimate and it works alright, but I haven't been able to advance the timing correctly yet.
