I have energy suspension inserts on my 4th gen and they work great, hardly any flex. They are so stiff that you can feel engine vibration in the steering wheel. But I would say that either the front or rear mounts are torn causing the motor to flex enough to break the bell housing.

Yeah, you can use ES inserts, an engine torque damper (Ingalls, NRG, etc), or Innovative mounts offers full replacement mounts. Breaking bell-housings must not be fun.
ya i bought the inserts, ill see if the will help, i checked out ingralls and they only make the stiffy bar for the 97-01 lude, do you klnow if i could still mount that in my 95

Use the NRG damper made for an Accord. It fits fine with very small modification.

Yes inserts can be used on old mounts. The front mount on my 4th gen was slightly torn when I installed the inserts a year ago, I have had no problems with it at all.
