Default blue/white smoke when gassing

i just changed the head (from a blown head to a used head) on my stock d15b7 change all the gaskets...(head/intakemanufold/header)...took it to the shop, by tow truck and let them set the timing and all of that...the guy from the shop told me the car would be smoking for about 1-2 days..its been about a week or so and my car is still smoking...when its under 4 rpm their is no smoke...but when it goes over 5 rpm the car kinda tugs for a few seconds and then pulls...leaving a blueishwhiteish smoke...what can that be..is that normal? also...the guy told me that its gonna be smoking for a while becasue it had oil and it needed to burn it out...but for a week?...i want to take it to the shop again..but i dont want to pay for something that might be normal...

yeah i changed my oil right when i put the head in...n the guy at the shop put 2 quorts cuz he said it needed it...and then out of no were..after i drove it for like 3 days...my oil light came on..and then i added 3 more quorts...and from then.my oil light is starting to blink again...but i mean...could it be the gasket thats mest up..(headgasket)...or could i just be burning the oil up that got into the engine still

sounds like ethier your headgasket is toasted...or maybe the head you got is warped....its burning oil...hence your blue smoke...and lots of it....and its burning water/coolant...hence the white smoke....both are no good for your motor...i'd be bitching at your mechanic.....sounds fishy...
