Default turbo ballancing (searched)

Anybody know of a place in califnoria bay area that can ballance the wheels and shaft of a turbo? I searched and found a bunch of stuff about ballancing engine essemblies but nothing about turbo wheels and shafts. In the event that you don't know anyone in the bay area, other states are welcomed as well because i figure i might have to send it out anyways. let me know please as i'm sure other people have had the same question but came up with no luck.

I bought my rebuilt turbo off Ebay. According to the description, these guys balanced the shaft, impellars, replaced seals etc.... http://www.softcom.net/users/hlturbo/2/
