DC 4-1 ss header for b16 -- into -- b18c5

will this fit?

i have searched and found mixed opinions...
so far i have been told many times that it will fit. (the only motor it will not fit is GSR)?

If you're asking will a header meant for a B16 fit a Type R head, the answer is yes.

but will it clear underneath, (oilpan)

if anyone had installed it this way, pls let me know...

Yes you will be fine it only millermeters difference in clearance.

B18 has a higher deck height than a B16. You should be fine since its an aftermarket header, but be warned.

The deck height is what i was referring to as the difference, but its very small and if you look at a stock b16 header it has more then the deck height difference in clearance from the oil pan. You will just have your header really close the oil pan. But like JDM_Ej said be warned cause im just basing this off looks.

You'll be fine. It'll even work on a GSR.

haha good point in didn't even think of that, we used a b16 on by buddies b18c1 with no problem.
